What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After A Flight Journey?
It may all be because of the throat infection
Detailed Answer:
With your history you tell me that you have not slept for last 72 hours and recently had a throat infection, I don't think you have a serious concern. Our throat is joined by the middle ear by a tunnel called eustachian tube. So many a times when we URI we have fullness of the ear and also giddiness/ vertigo. Your vertigo is already settling down.
Sleep debt can create a lot of problems. Please take adequate rest and these symptoms should improve. You might also add tylenol and salt water gargles for additional relief. If they do not improve then you may show it to ENT doctor. I don't think this is anything else. Please be reassured. Yes if it does not recover do go to an ENT expert.
