There are certain issues that can cause your symptoms. The most important ones are those related with some heart conduction system condition. You were helpful with the heart rate figures you provided, as I can see it is under 60 beats per minute. The wisest approach to address your concern at the moment, is to recommend you some diagnostic tests, so we can rule out or confirm the heart origin of the symptoms.

- an EKG - to evaluate the heart conduction and electrical systems, in resting state and of 12 lead

- a 24-hour Holter rhythm registration, which is basically an EKG spun throughout 24 hours, which depicts any problem with these systems, if there are any

- an Echo cardiogram - to assess the heart chambers and valves, by means of function, size and motility.

Further testing or treatment should be based on the results secured by these tests.
