What Causes Dizziness And Weakness When I Stand?
Tinnitus and Positional Vertigo require a physical exam....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. You should get your ears and your hearing checked.
2. A common cause for dizziness with tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and a fluctuating hearing loss is Meniere's Disease in your age group.
3. A positional vertigo is even more common.
4. A general check up to rule out low hemoglobin, fluctuating blood pressure or sugar leves,, acid reflux, cervial spondylitis, thyroid hormone levels, peri-menopause water retention and so on is required.
5. Certain signs such as abnormal eye movements (nystagmus), gait are only observable directly by a doctor. Hence I would encourage you to get examined soon. Medication will help reduce the symptoms.
If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
