What Causes Dizziness And Weakness While Sitting Or Standing?

Question: I'm having the feeling of dizziness and weakness throughout my body whether I'm standing or sitting. This just started today. My blood pressure is at 121/81, my heart rate is at 91 (both high for me). Thought I might be dehydrated so I've been drinking water which hasn't helped. Thought maybe I needed some sugar so I ate a snickers which also didn't help. I don't normally eat a lot of sugar. I'm 45, 6'0" and 185 pds. Since this is a new sensation for me and it hasn't stopped since I woke up should I be concerned?

Your increase in heart rate and blood pressure are related to increase in sympathetic activity.
