Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is important making a careful differential diagnosis of different causes that may lead to this symptomatology:

1-a backbone disease, affecting the cervical spine, could lead to neck tightness, radiating to the chest and headache (caused by the muscular contractions). A cervical spondylarthrosys could also explain the dizziness you experience.

2- all your symptoms could be related to taztia adverse effects. How long have you been taking taztia? Have you increased the dose lately?

3- low blood pressure could also explain headache, dizziness and chest tightness. Have you measured your blood pressure? What are the actual values?

4- a pulmonary disorder could lead to dizziness, chest tightness and shortness of breath. Hypoxia (from a respiratory disorder) would explain the headache too, but not the neck tightness.

5- anxiety should also be taken into consideration as a possible cause that may mimic this clinical scenario.

I recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure and heart rate.

You should consult with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound to examine your heart rhythm function
- pulmonary function tests and a chest X ray study
- a cervical spine X ray study to exclude possible backbone disorder
- blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose).

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope to have been helpful!
