supportive care
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Hearing loss with dizziness followed by cleaning of wax and cerumen are connected and may need another session of the left ear . Once the wax is cleared, the imbalance in hearing will resolve and the dizziness will subside. Till then use some antivert for dizziness, put some ear drops for the pain and making wax thin . You may use few drops of olive oil as well to make the wax soft and easily removable. I would also like you to get evaluated for hearing functions test and eustachian tube defects. A complete auditory examination and correlation will sort out.
Meanwhile supportive care will be enough. I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan

Yes it can
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me and i am really sorry for the late response
As a matter of fact, yes inner ear infection can cause all these symptoms as well. But that usually is associated with fever or pain in ear. CLogged ear usually is common in old age and can cause this . It can be due to both of the causes as wax deposition can complicate into middle or inner ear infection. Thats why i suggested to pay a visit to an otorhinolaryngologist and let them help you in this regard.
I hope it helps.
