Brief Answer:
Change medications under consultation to one of below mentioned
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Seizures due to tumor or post operative gliosis require treatment.
Levipil in some person may cause dizziness, memory and concentration problems.
If no recurrence of tumor on histopathological examination then nothing to worry about.
For seizure control you can take either of oxcarbazepine, lacosamide, Valproate.
All drugs have some or other side effects. It is advisable to take medication and continue which suits you.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Treatment may be continued for 2-3 years
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome back to HCM.
I have gone through your reports.
The report is not showing any tumor recurrence.
The treatment for epilepsy is required for few years until seizure is completely controlled for atleast 2-3 years.
You can switch to antiepileptics like oxcarbazepine, lacosamide or Valproate if levipil is causing any problems.
Sudden stopping is not recommended and drug should be tapered slowly under doctor's guidance.
You should carry advice of your treating doctor at NIMHANS as the centre is very good for such cases.
