Brief Answer:
Please go to the ER immediately...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

Dizziness is a symptom of various underlying causes which needs to be evaluated. The commonest causes of dizziness are:

1. Reduced sugar levels in the body (hypoglycemia)
2. Reduced or increased blood pressure (hypotension/hypertension)
3. Cardiac related problems
4. Electrolyte imbalance
5. Ear related problems, etc.

After going through the history, I am of the opinion that you could be suffering from either cardiac related problems or electrolyte imbalance. My sincere advice to you is to go to the ER immediately and get a complete check up done to rule out the above two problems.

I stress! You need to go to ER right now.

Hope I have answered your query; I will be available for the follow-up queries.
