Question: I get dizzy when I stand up and try to walk almost like vertigo. I have been diagnosed with A Fib?

I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are experiencing most likely is caused by:
- Cardiac issues
- Neurological issues.

It's a well known fact that patients with arrhythmia may develop heart failure (which may be responsible for hypo-tension and dizziness while walking) or cerebral stroke.

This is why i strongly recommend that you should do the following exams to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- ECG and Holter monitoring
- Cardiac echo
- Head CT scan
