What Causes Dizzy Spells And Headache Followed My Swollen Pupils?
Question: I have had dizzy spells, and headaches. When these ocur my pupils also get very small. Causes??

All these three point out that there is reduction in blood oxygen to your brain stem
this can be due to
1. reduction in blood circulation due to problems In heart
2. problem (narrowed/ blocked) in vertebral arteries
3. some lesion inside skull which increases the pressure inside skull there by reducing the blood flow
to proceed further you have to consult a Neurosurgeon and undergo
1. Clinical Examination
2. Fundus Examination
3. Investigations like MRI, Angiogram etc
Further treatment will be based on the findings in evaluation methods mentioned above
