Brief Answer:
You may have iron deficiency anemia due to bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some internal or external bleeding. It leads to chronic blood loss and iron deficiency anemia.
You should go for complete blood count with indices, peripheral blood smear examination and anemia profile. You should also go for ultrasound abdomen to rule out any cause of bleeding.

Please send me above reports so that we can search the cause of your low hemoglobin. After searching cause you should take treatment accordingly. Till that oral iron supplements is helpful.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
