Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
It looks like you might be having gastritis with reflux. Here is how you must go about it
1. Tab Omeprazole once a day is the ideal tablet for you. It has to be taken once a day before food for 7 days. This will take care of the heart burn
2. Dry cough can be because of acid reflux. I suggest you to
i. Avoid milk and milk products
ii. Avoid caffeine and alcohol
iii. Do not sleep immediately after dinner. Stay upright for 2 hours
iv. Keep two pillows instead of one while sleeping
For the body take I suggest you to take tylenol, 2 to 3 times a day for 4 days.
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards

Thanks for the imput. I actually felt these feelings a few weeks ago and then caught a cold. After getting rid of it, I continued coughing periodically as I expected after a cold, but now these feelings of fatigue have returned. Earlier today I had discomfort in my left shoulder after jogging, and my chest feels congested. Is this also normal with what you described?
Brief Answer:
not normal
