Probably side effects of medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.
Most of your symptoms are due to side effects of drugs.
Amitriptyline can cause lethargy and excessive sleepiness. It can also cause dryness of mouth. This dryness can be one reason for salty taste in mouth.
Lithium is also known to cause change of taste. It can also cause salty taste.
For this, you would have to drink adequate amount of water.
Hypersexuality is not explained by drugs. But it can be the part of your bipolar disorder.
Hope this answers your query.
Take care.
Thanks.
