Question: A dull pain at the front center of my belt line. I had a brand new belt that I was wearing. It was causing discomfort when sitting. Stopped using that belt. But I have a mild pain/discomfort in the center of my belt line. Using a heating pad reduces the pain.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Going by your symptoms and the way you get relief by local heat pad,it appears that you may be having muscle soreness caused by undue pressure by the belt.
I would advise you to take some anti inflammatory analgesic drug like ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for 4-5 days.Keep applying local heating pad also.
I hope you should be all right in next 4-5 days.
In case the pain doesn't go away or if it increases,then you are advised to consult your doctor for examination and investigations,if required.
