Brief Answer:
Visit hospital as soon as possible and get ecg done
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You should visit the hospital as soon as possible. As this can be minor heart attack and we need to rule it out or in as soon as possible. One can get heart attack in other vessels or in the stent also. So get ecg, troponin test done.
If you have Sorbitrate 5 mg with you, keep it below tongue and you can every five minutes upto three times. Also, You should also have ecosprin 325, clopidogrel 300 mg and Atorvastatin 80 mg or rosuvastatin 40 mg, chewed and swallowed. So fast actions.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Thank you for your advice which was taken. The diagnosise was that it was a severe anigina attack and that further investigations are now being made, as this was my first bad attack since the 3 stents that was put in, XXXXXXX of last year and at that time they thought that with the clopideral with constant use would eleveate the problem andwas totally unexpected by the heart consultant.
A gain many thanks

Brief Answer:
You can discuss the option of Ticagrelor or Prasugrel alternatively
Detailed Answer:
Ok,
Then you please discuss with your local Cardiologist regarding starting of Ticagrelor or Prasugrel instead of Clopidogrel which are better and potent antiplatelets than Clopidogrel. Chances of attack and stent thrombosis are less with these.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
