Brief Answer:
Ultrasound scan required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

There are certain conditions in uterus which might lead to such spotting.

You need to get an ultrasound scan done to identify if there are problems like fibroid or polyp in uterus as these are likely to cause such spotting.

These problems if exist can be corrected.

Please request your doctor for an ultrasound scan of pelvis preferably transvaginal.
