What Causes Ear Pressure, Headaches, Neck Pain And Abnormal Sensation In Nose?

I was wondering if this weird sensation in my face & ears could be due to a rhinoplasty surgery i had about 25 years ago & is it a seperate issue from the neck pain & headaches I also have on a daily basis.
Could these symptoms be menopausal. the symptoms are there daily however, they are worse during my menstreul cycle.
I am at my wits end trying to figure out this whole "head" issue of mine. I even made up a new word for it. I tell my sister, "no, I'm not going out tonight Holly", I got my "YING" thing happening. its almst as tho i need my ears cracked, & my face cracked & my neck cracked all at the same time to make the pressure go away. to make the ying go away., to make the mild ringing in my ears go away.
I also wanna know about Motrin? i use alot of it, Could this be adding fuel to the fire with my ear pressure?
This will require further investigations.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. It is not possible to look into the sinuses as they are bony cavities and the openings are very small and hidden. Get a plain Sinus CT Scan done and upload the images here for assessment. Antibiotics will not help if the sinusitis is fungal in origin or if the sinuses are blocked. This is the gold standard investigation to settle the issue regarding sinusitis.
2. Audiometry (Pure Tone and Impedance) will help check for hearing loss that may be the cause for the ringing (tinnitus) in the ears and the middle ear pressures/ Eustachian Tube function. This will help reveal the cause for the ear pressure that troubles you. Upload these test results as well.
3. The numbness i the front teeth would be a Trigeminal Nerve (Fifth Cranial Nerve) problem. It is unlikely to be related to a 25 year old Rhinoplasty since these symptoms are there since a year or so. It ear pressure is also unlikely to be drug induced (Motrin).
4. Along with these reports, if you can upload a few details of your clinical examination reports (such as the Neurologist and ENT), images of any nasal endoscopy and the above mentioned investigations, further treatment options can be discussed.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
