Brief Answer:
Can be related to ear infection..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain earache and dizziness can be due to ear infection.
If there is a toothache there can also be a decayed tooth but dizziness and earache are generally seen in case of ear infection..

I would therefore suggest you to first consult an ENT expert and get ear examination done..
You should take antibiotics only after confirmation of infection otherwise not..

If there is a toothache then it has to be evaluated by a Dentist and an x ray will be advised..
If there is a decayed tooth then antibiotics and painkillers will be advised but it is alone not sufficient and you will be advised to get the tooth treated for permanent resolution..

So in short you need to first get examination then only proceed for medication.
