What Causes Elbow And Tricep Pain After Popping During Physical Training
Question: Ive had sone elbow and tricept pain! I got caught in a arm lock during training of mma and felt a pop! Few weeks went by and then i went and did chest and tricept workout and boom my elbow area was in alot of pain! Its hard for me to flex my arm or make it straight! Everyone is saying its tendinitis! What do you think

eating ,itching back of head,when i make a fist and flex bicept! Feels like a pulling in tendons

2.Avoid heavy weight lifting till you become pain free.
3.Wear Tennis elbow belt while doing physical work.
4.Local steroid injection may be given if it does not respond to above measure.Ibuprofen along with tablet Tendomac for few days helps in early recovery.
It usually takes few weeks times to resolve.
