What Causes Elevated CD8 And CD57 T Cells?
Can you please send me the complete blood/flow cyto report, short history
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,
I did review your concern.
Increased CD8 and CD57 positive T cells can be seen in many different conditions. they can be seen in viral infections, chronic bacterial infections, inflammation and also in some blood malignancies of rare type. these cells are basically NK-like T cells and they are related to NK or natural killer cells.
However, In order to provide a better answer I need to know about the problem in short and why was this flow cytometry or immunohistochemistry done. Also recent blood report would be useful and any other relevant investigation done.
If you cannot upload the report here please send it to YYYY@YYYY with Sub: ATTN 'Dr Parth XXXXXXX Desai'.
I hope this helps
Waiting for your reply
