Brief Answer:
Need more investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Your VLDL and TSH levels are high, as you have mentioned.
High VLDL results in risk of coronary artery disease or stroke in future. To reduce its level, you have restrict fatty diet or fat in diet or you may need lipid lowering medicines. But before that investigation like lipid profile need to be done. If other values are in normal range then diet restriction will help in lowering it.

Regarding lowering of TSH, you will need to start thyroxine after consulting a endocrinologist. He or she will do necessary clinical examination and further investigation, if required, before prescribing you the medicine.

Hope i have answered your query. If you have any questions, you can ask as follow up.
