Brief Answer:
Should try dialysis again.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Sorry to know about your father's present condition.

The creatinine level is too high indicating severely reduced GFR.
At present treatment options include either dialysis or transplant.
There was one episode of unconsciousness possibly due to low blood pressure during or after dialysis. He should try dialysis again.
Continued deterioration in renal functions will affect electrolytes balance and would increase load on heart.
Blood pressure needs to be in control. Electrolytes needs to be evaluated and corrected. However, without dialysis, fluid and electrolytes balance is difficult to maintain.
Pomegranate juice will be helpful.
Do discuss with him and your doctor regarding dialysis. Neutrophil is also increasing, possibly due to stress and infection. If its infection, treatment would be necessary.
If more clinical history, medication and other diagnostic details are available, further opinion may be possible.
Hope it helps.
