Question: my girlfriend and I are working out at the gym
the last time we went to the gym we did cardio training on the XXXXXXX trainer
she was barely doing 2-3miles an hour and her heart rate was up past 175
she is 25 and 260# at the moment trying to get back into shape
do we need to worry about that or is it in the normal parameters
