abs mono ct- 1.01 k/MCL. wbc- 11.7 k/MCL. hgb- 15.6 gm/dl
Brief Answer:
due to chronic inflammatory state
Detailed Answer:
The hemoglobin is fine. WBC and monocytes are slightly elevated, nothing through the roof. This much elevation of monocytes and WBC may be due to a chronic inflammatory state like hidradenitis suppurativa. In fact, this can also occur with humira treatment.
So there is nothing to worry for now. Just a followup test after few weeks should suffice.

okay another doctor told me I may show some signs of early leukemia. I have had this condition for 15 yrs and have had lots of blood work nothing ever showing from the h.s. I have been having a lot of pain. weakness and head pain diareah. I bruise very easily and bruises arise with even no explanation. I get a lot of chest pain and shortness of breath a lot.
Brief Answer:
unlikely to be related to this blood reports
Detailed Answer:
Your symptoms are definitely concerning but can't be explained by this report. It is not suggestive of leukemia. If you can send me all the parameters then I can say with certainty.
Regarding the symptoms you will need to report them to your doc and get more investigations including body scans, cardiac check up, hormonal panel, etc.
