What Causes Elevated Pulse, Body Pains And Tremors?
Cardiac status needs to be evaluated
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Mild sleep apnoea will not lead to these kinds of symptoms. The fact that it is occurring after 2-3 hours of sleep suggests that it could be a cardiac pathology. I have seems some very similar patients who had a reduced ejection fraction of heart presenting with such symptoms. During night, cause of the reduced pumping capacity of the heart, lungs get filled up with fluids and lead to such panicky waking ups with increased heart rate and blood pressure. Although classically there has to be breathlessness, but there can be absence of breathlessness as well. It is a sign of heart failure.
Nothing to panic at this stage. It would be wise to get an echocardiography done of the heart to identify its ejection fraction.
Ofcourse the other5 possibility could be anxiety disorder which can be treated but at first the cardiac causes be better ruled out.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
