Question: I WALK 3 MILES A DAY AND AM NOT WINDED.AT THE END OF THE DAY I CLIMB A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO BED,FEEL WINDED AND MY PULSE IS ELEVATED. WHAT COULD THIS BE?
