Question: Hi my total cholesterol is 255 my HDL is 75 my triglycerides are 60 for my non-HDL cholesterol Ono my LDL cholesterol is 167 which I guess is high and my non-HDL cholesterol is 180 I exercise 3 to 4 times a day I mean 3 to 4 times a week I try to eat chicken vegetables I have fruit every day and drink a lot of water and I try to stick to whole grains
