Brief Answer:
High triglycerides with low HDL mainly
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
The main abnormality is high triglycerides and low HDL ( good cholesterol). SGPT which is a liver enzyme is mildly elevated. This can be from a fatty liver.
Live a healthy life style with low fat wholesome food, exercise 150 minutes or more per week. Do not smoke and use alcohol in moderate amounts only . These would probably correct the abnormalities.
If they don't, you would require medicines.
Take care.
