Brief Answer:
Features are suggestive Prostatic enlargement.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Thanks for your kindly reply emphasizing the details that were asked.
I have gone through the details given diligently.
As the age advances difficulty with passing urine is very common in fact increases in frequency with age. There is an accompanying increase in the growth of various components of the prostate gland as well.
Incomplete emptying of bladder after urination, normal PSA level (Upto 4 ng/ml or lower is normal for your age), a post-voidal residual volume 120 mL. and a slight increase in prostate volume of 42 ml are highly suggestive of prostatic enlargement.
You have been prescribed Levoflox to eradicate an infection (reflected in the form of lower abdominal pain and burning urination).
If your symptoms of incomplete emptying persist even after completing the course of Levoflox, you are advised to visit your treating urologist for re-evaluation, may be you need to taken another medication like Finasteride/Dutaseride for your symptoms.
Hope the suggestion given above could be useful in getting the treatment.
Wish you good health.
