What Causes Epididymal Hypertension After Masturbation?

Question: Hello,
I masturbated without ejaculating for a much longer time than usual 6 days ago, and after ejaculating I experienced the worst blue balls I ever had.
Now, 6 days later and I still feel pain that gets worse when I lie down. Most of the pain is in my right testicle, and I noticed reddish/purple vains pop out. These are new as far as I have examined them. They're also pretty red. It feels inflammatory, and the pain began to rise to my abdomen.
Additionally,There has always been a slight lump on my left testicle, but it appears to have grown a little (I was told it's a cyst). It stopped hurting as much.

It feels inflammated, but at times I'm worried they will fall off, and the pain began to rise to the area just above where the bush is. Excuse the detail.

The outer scrotum is a little red too.
Please let me know what you think this is.
Thanks.
