Question: I am driving down the road and all of a sudden I get a feeling like waves in my head. I have about 3 waves and then it seems like I maybe black out 2-3 seconds and it is as if I open my eyes and I'm on the other side of the road

Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Dizziness or episodic transient impairment of consciousness may be due to presyncopal attacks, transient ischaemic attacks or seizure.
Is there any history of headache, seizure, palpitations, sweating, vomiting?
Any previous such episode?
Any hearing loss or ear discharge?
Any limb weakness?
Any history of diabetes, hypertension?
You should take rest, get your blood pressure measured and get investigated if symptoms persists.
For vertigo you can take cinnarizine.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
