What Causes Erectile Dysfunction After Taking Finasteride?

Question: I am a 27 yrs old male.I took finasteride tablets for almost 18 months for my hair problem now i am facing erectile dysfunction and semen is watery.Its been a month since i stopped taking the tablet but still no improvement.should i visit a doctor or will it slowly recover.
