Brief Answer: Can be taken daily, talk to your doctor! Detailed Answer: Hi and thank you so much for this query. I am so sorry to hear about this erectile dysfunction that you have reported. I understand how frustrating this can be. I hope you get the support of your wife especially during this difficult moments. To appropriately manage this condition, you need to get your diabetes well controlled to prevent any continued damage. Cialis improves erection but doesn't treat the problem. This is why it is of paramount importance to do both things at the same time. Seen you difficulty with viagra when taken once and some success with continued use for 5days, it makes sense to consider providing you with this drug on contiinued daily basis. My experience with viagra for daily use is not as much as cialis(same class of drug) for daily use. I will recommend that you discuss with your doctor about the possibility on getting you on cialis for daily use. Starting with 2.5mg and increase to 5mg if it proves difficult to have good erections on 2.5mg. I hope this would be able to help address this problem. The only way to know whether this would be the right solution is to give it a try. Should this fail, please talk to your doctors for there may be other measures that can be used to address this problem in your area. Beside, what was your last A1c value? and how well controlled is your diabetes? I hope this addresses your query fully. Feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be. I wish you well and thanks for using our services. Dr. Ditah, MD.
