What Causes Erection Problem After Increasing The Dosage Of Flomax?
Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Usually Flomax (Tamsulosin) is prescribed 0.4 mg once daily. If decreasing the dose improves the erections and poor orgasms then you can discuss a minimum daily dose to be continued in consultation with your doctor.
If it persist despite lowering the dose or stopping Flomax altogether then other causes of erectile dysfunction should be addressed accordingly.

Thanks

Hello again.
Tamsulosin has a role in expulsion of stones , too though not the larger ones.
You should ask him about lowering the dose to see the impact it has
You can inquire about sildenafil or tadalafil
Regarding the kidney stones intra luminal surgery or PCN can be done based on the surgeon's preference / clinical impression and size of the stones. So I would leave that decision to the urologist.

Hello again.
PVP is amongst the recently advanced minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of BPH used to vaporize the excess growth of prostate cells in a targeted manner.
Though its a new technique but the 5 year outcomes available so far have shown equal effectiveness to TURP (Trans Urethral Resection of Prostate) in ease of urinary flow and symptomatic improvement.
The final decision should be based upon a mutual discussion between you and your urologist.

Thanks.
