Brief Answer:
Seems to be eusthacian tube dysfunction,

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are ear blockage. I would like to as you few more details.

Is there any nasal obstruction or running nose or cough ?
Is your ear blockage associated with hearing loss or dizzyness or ear pain ?

Kindly get back to me with the details.

Based on the available clinical details, it appears to be eusthacian tube dysfunction or impacted cerumen. In such cases I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get detailed ent examination and otoscopy, if necessary audiometry. Antibiotics do not work on these medical conditions.

Mean time, protect your ear from water (plug it with dry cotton during bath), avoid freezer products (cold/ice creams) and do not attempt self cleaning.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.

I had a runny/stuffy nose. But with my . Day antibiotic that cleared. Now my only sympto. Is my ear. And yes I do have loss of hearing not 100% but everything sounds like I have an ear plug in and some pain not much comes and goes but It does feel extremely itchy so deep Inside almost like it's inside my head rather then ear.
I also have a cough and sinus infection

Brief Answer:
otomycosis (fungal infection).

Detailed Answer:

Hello again,

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

Your symptoms are suggestive of fungal infection (extremely itchy ).

In some, antibiotics favors the fungal infection. Need otoscopy for the exact diagnosis. Kindly follow the instructions and investigations, what I have already mentioned.

Hope, I have answered your query.

All the best.Take care.
