What Causes Excessive And Heavy Snoring?

Question: Facing issue of heavy snoring and it happens when I sleep at any position. I have doubt that I have a sleep apnea.
what is your opinion on this?

Below are some more details related to lifestyle and body.
I am not involved in much of physical activity as my job is entirely sitting based on computer.
I don't smoke but occasionally drink.
My weight is 90KG and height is 5'10.
