What Causes Excessive Belching, Lightheadedness And Tiredness?

Question: My 50 year old male friend that I have known for 4 months has lost 20lbs since I met him.Hes 6'0 and now weighs less that 180 lbs. He has been very tired,belching at times,lightheaded at times and appears to get intoxicated very quickly.He got a DUI 3 months ago.He only had 2 beers. He blew under the limit, but blood tests showed he was extreme.Hes been drinking orange juice when he feels lightheaded.I'm concerned theres a nunderlying medical condition.He has no medical insurance.I told him I would take him to CVS or someplace for bloodwork.

5. Upper GI endoscopy
6. USG abdomen
