Excessive sweating is a response to serotonergic medications, of which you are on two -- Paxil and nortriptyline. It is more likely that Paxil is causing this. I would talk to your doctor about switching to a different medication to replace Paxil, such as Wellbutrin, which is less likely to cause sweating.
