What Causes Excessive Sweating?
Few years back i was an obese child. I am now 21 and in the last few years lost quite a lot of weight. I did this by using fat burner before my workout and also by eating less. I have been studying abroad and so wasnt able to eat very well. Since i lost my weight i have started to sweat a lot. This occurs in all areas such as palms, feet, armpits and also my but. I also started having the problem of anal leekage. All this really freaked me out as it really makes me conscious when i am around people. Why do you think this happening and also what should i do. I am really worried and have started to go out in public less. When i was fat i hardly sweat but now no matter where i am eventually i start to sweat. Sometimes it happens even though i am sitting in a cold enviromemt and feeling cold.
Anxiety and ?fecal/anal incontinence.

I can understand your concern.
There are certain physiological conditions which cause excessive sweating like hot weather, hot food like Caffeine and spices, exercise and anxiety.
It is caused by sympathetic over-activity. Nervousness or excitement.
Hyperthyroidism is also one of the causes of excessive sweating.
You can get your thyroid function tested.
In your case it seems to anxiety of your anal leakage.
You need to get it inspected by a doctor if it is from anal opening or there is any opening around anus.
The treatment then will depend on the diagnosis.

Following are the causes of anal incontinence.
1.Stomach conditions like chronic constipation, diarrhea, gas and bloating
2.Damage to rectal muscle or anal sphincter ,the rectum and anus.
3.Nerve injury to the anal sphincter due to trauma,or straining.
4.Side effect of rectal prolapse.
In your case, it may be constipation during your dieting period.
Your excessive sweating may be because of combination of exercise, diet and anxiety(initially of loosing weight and then the leak).
Thyroid is a just possibility,to proceed in right direction.
Take proper meals at proper time.
Take lot of fiber in your diet, to avoid gas and noises, though they are common in persons on diet.
