Brief Answer:
Chronic otitis media
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
You are probably having tympanic membrane perforation. The discharge and hearing loss is due to that only.
You should get yourself examined by an ENT SPECIALIST and get a puretone audiometry done.
Take tablet cefixime 200 twice daily and use ciprofloxacin ear drops for 5 days.
Keep the ear dry. Plug with cotton while you take a bath.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Wish you get well soon.
Thanks and regards
