What Causes Extreme Bloating, Tender Abdomen And Yellow Urine?
Injured superficial muscles of abdomen...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry for the situation you are in.
1. Torn rectus abdominis is a medical term referring to abdominal muscle strain. This is commonly occurring in athletic people (so I believe you have been dealing with sports recently).
2. Rectus abdominis is the superficial group of muscles placed in the abdomen.
3. I recommend my patients to rest more for the few days until the pain will be subsided. After that, rehabilitation exercises are advised.
4. A very yellow pee (light color) is indicating that you have been drinking a lot of fluids recently.
Another cause might be possibly related to frequent urination as you might have been experienced urine incontinence as per torn rectus abdominis (due to pain).
Urine analysis would rule out any possible problem.
Hope it helped!
Let me know if I can be of help!

Thank you for your reply. I wanted you to know that I haven' t been urinating an abnormal amount, and my pee is quite dark not light, although I am drinking water often.
Over the past few days I have found that the pain has gone from being up near the heart to now in the lower abdomen. I have now got watery very bright yellow mucusy stools.
I feel incredibly lethargic. everything aches and I get fatigued doing the most basic tasks.

Get checked by doctor;further tests needed...
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thank you very much for additional data you provided in the last follow up query.
1. Watery very bright yellow mucusy stool is indicative for possible:
- bowel infection
- dysbacteriosis due to medications you might have been taking
- cholecyst problems.
2. Further investigations from your physician are needed to exclude these issues.
3. Feeling fatigued and lethargic is due to loss of fluids when passing watery mucusy stools.
Advise to :
- continue taking a lot of fluids
- take tasectan or pepto bismol for the loose stool
- take probiotics
- have light meals (yogurt, toast, apple sauce, rice
I think you need to run further investigations and get checked by your doctor as soon as possible.
Wish fast recovery!
