Question: My father experiences episodes of extreme sweating, inability to walk, and a sense of needing to vomit. His blood pressure and temperature are perfect. He is awake and talking and experiencing no pain. The episodes last about one hour. What is going on?
My email is YYYY@YYYY . Please respond there.
After one hour he is "normal". Answers questions reasonably, no sweating or urge to vomit. Back to himself.

Brief Answer:
Could be Hypoglycemia
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Hypoglycemia were the blood sugar level in blood becomes low could be a possible cause of sweating inaability to walk and sense of vomiting in case of your father.
I would advise you to do fasting and post prandial blood sugar test for your father .
I would also advise you to do a MRI of brain to rule out XXXXXXX stroke.
For sense of need to vomit you can give him domperidone 10 mg tablets three times daily before food with your doctors advise.
