What Causes Extreme Vaginal And Buttock Wetness With Itching?

Question: I have been having extreme vaginal and buttock wetness with some itching. I literally feel like a have a diaper rash. When it itches, if I wipe or scratch, it gets wetter and somers drips a clear fluid. I have been to a gyne doc which found nothing wrong but gave me a vaginal cream to use. Right now, my labias and buttocks are so irritated that it hurts yo sit. I really need help. I currently have lupus which has been very quiet. Im on cozaar, plaquinil, procardia.

There is a rash and my labia get puffy like there is swelling. That mostly happens after it itches and I scratch. It's almost like is seeping drip like wetness. There is discharge that is clear.
Not sure how to up load the pic from my ipad

sound like a bad bacterial or fungal infection . get a swab culture of the wetness and you need to be started on antibiotics based on the culture sensitivity report.

you will also need to take clotrimazole vaginal pessary .

Im on my last does of Metronidazole vaginal cream. I still have this extra wetness and rash. I tried to up load 2 pic from my ipad. Im assuming you didnt receive them. Im on vacation and thats all I have.

Dear,

Yes i have seen the pics.

Looks like a bad case of fungal infection with probably superadded bacterial infection.

You have to start immediately on clotrimazole And beclomethasone cream and candid B pessary. You also need to be started on oral antibiotics and antifungal.

Also get a culture of the rash.

Also wear only cotton panties and put neosporin powder inside the panties before wearing them .

Also iron the panties well before you wear as the germs will not die easily and live in your panties and infect you again.
