Question: I seem too get of of breath after walking 200 feet then I took my BP 87/54 pulse 47 !!feeling dizzy !cocern?

Your blood pressure and heart rate both are extremely low. I would want you to lie down flat on the ground and raise the leg end immediately to improve the blood pressure. Please approach a hospital without any delay to know the cause for hypotension and bradycardia
