What Causes Eye Strain?
Question: Can you strain the muscles of your eyes by trying to see something on the back of you with a mirror, I do feel the strain when I do that. When I w0ke up the next morning and looked to either side, things looked distorted. Could it be I strained the muscles in my eyes and now I have to relax them?

I do look at television quite a lot, I used to work with computers, and now I use my computer quite often to do a number of things; writer letters, play games, do inquiries. Could this be the problem for eye strain or could it be more than that.
