Facial nerve palsy in this process is very uncommon.
Two types of facial palsy are there.
Upper motor type- mostly associated with cerebrovascular accidents.

Facial nerve palsy faces have a typical look..can you send me a pic of your face so that i can assure you that there is any problem or not??

My hair down is the side that has changed and the side with the hair up is the right side before the incident. Can trigeminal neuropathy cause thjs slight change
Brief Answer:
trigeminal palsy causes mainly sensory symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hello madam,
You have sent only the pic of right side face but we need to compare both sides at a time before commenting about the palsy.
Still it seems to be there is no facial palsy.
Now trigeminal nerve palsy is very very rare in comparison to facial nerve palsy.
This also gives mainly sensory losses.
Not this type of symptoms.
Hope my answer will help you..regards.
