What Causes False Positive In A Pregnancy Test After A Medical Abortion?
Question: I was 39 days pregnant and i went for medical abortion i bleeded for 6 days and on the 6th day i took test again it showed up one dark line and another faint line..Am i still pregnant.. Do i need to worry.. My lower abdomen is slighty bloated.. I cant go to any doctor.. Please help me..

Once the abortion has taken place the hormones take some time to return to normal where after the line will be negative.

Sir, can you please tell me why my lower abdomen is bulged.. Is it because of the medicine i used or some side effects.. Hope its not a sign that i am still pregnant.

However, sometimes the gestational sac doesn't get evacuated completely.
This possibility can explain both your symptoms.
