You have a fast heart rate.
Normal is upto 100 though most people have about 70/minute.
There can be several causes other than heart disease that can produce this like anemia, thyrotoxicosis or even anxiety.

Feels like flu should I go to the er

Flu usually does not increase the heart rate and you have no fever.
If you go to the ER, they would be able to find out the cause of your tachycardia.
