Brief Answer:
Ischemia

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear about your friend and his problem with abd cramps retching and now with right leg numbness. This sounds like you friend has a problem with the circulation. This could be due to cholesterol plaques in the walls of the intestines or in the aorta. I would recommend that he see a GI or a vascular specialist to have them perform vascular studies. At this point I would not recommend any therapy as the therapy could interfere with the testing or make him worse.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
