Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Lazy eye may be one of the contributing factor in causation of symptoms.
There could be other major factors contributing to your symptoms, which could be

1. Lack of Sleep: An individual requires 6- 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep for him/her to feel fresh and rejuvenated. Either alteration in quantity(duration) or quality( frequent interruption, failure to fall asleep) could give rise to lack of freshness.

2. Excessive Stress : Stress either at work place, exam related stress or personal issues

3. Decreased Consumption of Fluids: Individuals consuming fluid less than 1.5 liter per day over a period of time develop such symptoms

4. Decreased intake of food stuffs containing Anti-oxidant

5. Excessive use of Computer or watching TV

6. Restriction to indoor activity

7. Assuming wrong posture while sitting and sleeping

8. Lack of physical activity and regular exercise

Majority of individuals who present with such symptoms have one or more of above factors contributing to their symptoms.

It would be helpful If you could provide me additional information, so that I am able to help you better

1. Duration of symptoms
2. What is your profession
3. Is your sleep disturbed?
4. Is there any excessive stress or work pressure related issues?
5. Is your diet adequate and nutritious?
6. How much fluids do you consume per day
7. Do you exercise?

Awaiting your reply

Wishing you great Health

Brief Answer:
Explained below

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX
Let me first reassure you there is definitely cure for it.
Stress is integral part of life. Even doctors who treat are also exposed to stress.

I woould suggest you the following which will definitely benefit. It would require you to be relaxed , have no expectation, just lead a normal life , you will see the things are fine and your symptoms are improving

1. Diet: Ensure intake of adequate quantity of fiber. 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits( One preferable citrus fruit). proper diet does miracles and rejuvenates. Orange is good source of anti-oxidants. Avoid junk food and fast food especially pizza, burgers and excessive sweets

2. Ensure adequate water intake: Follow rule of 1 which i usually advise. 1 glass of water 1 hour befoe and 1 glass of water 1 hour after every meals will ensure adequate consumption of water .

3. Early morning Exercise: Brisk walking for 30 minutes at a stretch preferably in garden will be very helpful. Walking is the best exercise, it also promotes release of Endorphins( naturally occuring pain killers released in brain) which causes mood elevation and generalized feeling of well being. Make it a daily habit and incorporate in your lifestyle. Believe me it makes wonders. There is no need to go to gym r use any expensive workout instruments.

4. Avoid tea/coffee/ nicotine and alcoholic beverages: If at all you want to drink something, drink fresh lime water. It is very much refreshing.

5. Start your day with a glass of Lemon water with 2 spoons of honey added. have a good breakfast.
There is a saying : have a Breakfast like a king, Lunch like a Soldier and dinner like a beggar. Medical practice has revealed it to be true. Starting your day with good breakfast ( Its after all breaking a fast: 2 hours of overnight fast) will give the energy to keep you going. Include glass of milk and boiled egg in your breakfast.

6. Don't take work so seriously: We all have the feeeling to excel in our respective fields and don't spend adequate time with our own self trying to understand our own needs.
The work pressure is high: Call it a day, take a short leave and hit out to picnic spot which you always wanted to go
Spend time with your family and friends.

7. While working take frequent regular breaks: Taking regular breaks will not waste the time, but it will definitely increase the productivity, concentration and reasoning. Take break for 5 minutes every 30 minutes.
Close your eyes and rotate the eye balls for couple of minutes: wioll also benefit your lazy eye.

8. Avoid late night socialization

9. Avoid starring for longer time at the computer screen.

10. Steam inhalation before going to sleep will be very refshing: will also benefit your allergy

Wishing you a very happy and healthy life

Best Regards
Deepak
